Terra is active across every major asset class — multifamily, luxury condominium and single-family homes, retail and office, hotels and industrial — and David oversees development, design, construction, financing, marketing, sales and leasing. Since founding the firm he has worked with architects and designers including Rem Koolhaas/OMA, Renzo Piano, Bjarke Ingels, Rene Gonzalez and Chad Oppenheim.

A Florida native, he has pushed the firm toward resiliency and long-term thinking: green space, renewable energy and transit connectivity built into its projects. He also serves on the Urban Land Institute and the advisory board of the University of Miami's MRED+U program, and Terra supports Nicklaus Children's Hospital Foundation, the Freedom Tower, Vizcaya, The Bass and Teach for America.

He holds an MBA, a JD and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, where he sits on the board of the School of Business. He lives in Coconut Grove with his wife and two children.

She joined The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne as Executive Steward and moved up through the Food and Beverage division, including Director of Pool and Beach Operations and Director of Banquets. Her longest tenure came across nearly 11 years as Director of Food and Beverage there, leading the division, overseeing multiple restaurant concepts and building a culture of service excellence. In 2021 she was promoted to Director of Operations, taking on every department in the hotel.

In April 2026, at Marriott International's Global Residential Leadership Conference, she received The Ritz-Carlton Residences Award of Excellence for Mixed Use Hotel General Manager of the Year, USA East.

Her career has taken her across the brand's opening teams in New Orleans, Dorado Beach, Dove Mountain, Aruba and Portland, and she brought that expertise to the Edition brand for the openings of Edition Barcelona and Edition Miami Beach.

He went on to serve for many years on the board of the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce, and currently sits on the board of directors of the Coconut Grove Arts Festival, where he is co-chair elect.

Marshall is the founder and publisher of Miami Maps, which has been producing and distributing custom designed City Guides for South Florida's most distinctive neighborhoods for more than 20 years. The Coconut Grove edition of Your Free City Guide is a fixture at hotel front desks, shops and restaurants throughout the village, widely used by concierges directing guests to local merchants and points of interest, with a particular focus on showcasing the small businesses that give the Grove its character.

He holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Miami.

After 15 years in Miami-Dade County Public Schools as a teacher, English Department Chair, Exceptional Education Department Co-Chair and Educational Specialist, she joined Ransom Everglades in 2005. She served as Assistant Director of the Middle School for two years and Head of the Middle School for 14. She worked as an education consultant during the 2021-22 school year, returned as Interim Head of School for 2022-23, and assumed the Head of School position in July 2023.

She earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University and a Master of Science from Nova Southeastern University, and in 2018 completed a Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Professional Education.

She and her husband Jose have two sons, Christopher '10 and Alec '14, and a very large dog named Jack. Outside of Ransom Everglades she enjoys yoga, Pilates, hiking and traveling.
